I designed and built this property over 13 years and am happy to say it is fabulous to live in.  It has a full basement constructed in Insulated Concrete Formwork (ICF) with a highly insulated timber frame structure above ground. It was designed to blend in with the form of the existing terrace of former coast guard cottages, but has an open plan living floor and 5 ensuite bedrooms.
